1. Initial purchase refund period
A refund request for an initial paid subscription may be submitted within seven days of the original payment.
2. Eligibility
- The request must relate to the initial paid purchase.
- The request must be submitted within seven calendar days.
- The account must not have been terminated for misuse.
3. Renewals
Monthly or annual renewal charges after the initial refund period are generally not refundable.
4. Cancellation
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal according to the effective cancellation date. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund.
5. Requesting a refund
Email support@textorasign.com from your account email and include the reason for the request.
6. Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Bank and card processing times may vary.
