How to create an electronic signature.

Create an electronic signature by typing, drawing, or uploading it, then review the signature and initials before applying them to a signing session.

01

Choose how you want to create it

When you reach a signature field in TextoraSign, choose Type, Draw, or Upload. Use the method that best matches the signature you intend to use for that signing session.

02

Type and preview your signature

The typed option uses the signer name assigned to the invitation and prepares matching initials. Review the rendered signature and initials before applying them.

03

Draw or upload when you prefer

Use the drawing canvas to create a handwritten mark, or upload a PNG, JPG, or WebP signature image. Review the preview before continuing so you know what will be placed on the document.

04

Adopt and apply deliberately

After you choose the signature, TextoraSign can use the matching signature and initials wherever those fields are assigned in the document. Confirm only when the signature shown is the one you intend to use.

Keep this in mind

Choose a signature method you recognize, review the preview, and apply it only when you intend to sign.
