By accessing or using TextoraSign ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
TextoraSign provides electronic signature and document management services. Our platform allows users to send, sign, and manage legally binding documents in compliance with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).
Electronic signatures created through TextoraSign are legally binding and enforceable under applicable federal and state laws, including ESIGN and UETA. Each signature is accompanied by a full audit trail including timestamps, IP addresses, and device information.
You agree not to use TextoraSign to:
Documents are stored with 256-bit SSL encryption. We maintain comprehensive audit logs for all document activities. Signed documents include cryptographic hash verification to detect tampering.
Free accounts are subject to usage limits. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are provided within 30 days of initial purchase if the service does not meet your needs.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may export your documents within 30 days before they are permanently deleted.
TextoraSign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
