By accessing or using TextoraSign, you agree to these Terms of Service. Do not use the service if you do not agree with them.
2. The TextoraSign service
TextoraSign provides tools for preparing, sending, signing, completing and managing electronic agreements.
3. Electronic signatures
Electronic signatures may have legal effect under applicable law. You are responsible for deciding whether TextoraSign is appropriate for your document, transaction and jurisdiction.
4. Your account
- Provide accurate account information.
- Keep your password and account access secure.
- Use the service only for lawful purposes.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
5. Documents and recipients
You are responsible for the documents you upload, the recipients you invite and the authority you have to send those documents.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use TextoraSign to:
- Send fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful material.
- Violate another person’s privacy or intellectual property.
- Attempt unauthorized access to TextoraSign systems.
- Disrupt or misuse the service.
7. Plans and billing
Free accounts are subject to stated usage limits. Paid plans are billed through Paddle according to the billing frequency selected at checkout.
8. Cancellation and refunds
You may manage or cancel a paid subscription through the billing portal. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.
9. Service availability
We work to keep TextoraSign available and reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TextoraSign is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. Material updates may be communicated through the service or by email.
