• To generate legally-required audit trails for signed documents

3. Document Storage

All documents are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and in transit using TLS 1.3. Documents are stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Signed documents are retained for the duration of your account plus 7 years to meet legal requirements.

4. Audit Trails

TextoraSign maintains immutable audit logs for every document action including: document creation, recipient access, field completion, signature application, and completion. These logs include timestamps and IP addresses and cannot be modified or deleted.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only:

• With document recipients as required to complete the signing process
• With service providers who help us operate our platform (under strict data processing agreements)
• When required by law or legal process
• To protect the rights and safety of our users

6. Your Rights

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Correction: Update inaccurate information in your account settings
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export: Download your documents at any time from your dashboard
• Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect functionality.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, cryptographic document hashing, secure access tokens, and regular security audits. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

TextoraSign is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
