Sign a document yourself

Use your account signature and complete a document without an invitation.

  1. Choose Only me when preparing your document. Your account identity supplies your name, company, signature, and initials.
  2. Place a field using click-to-place or drag-and-drop. Your real artwork appears after placement. The first placement requires the acknowledgement.
  3. My signature & stamp at the bottom of the library opens a separate style dialog. A style chosen there applies only to the current editor session.
  4. Review all required fields, choose Sign document, then confirm signing. Wait for processing to finish before downloading. A saved draft is not a signed document.
