Do I need to pay to receive and sign an agreement?+
No. Recipients can sign through their invitation without purchasing a TextoraSign plan or creating an account.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
You can manage and cancel your subscription through the billing portal in your account. Review the portal for your renewal date and the effective date of any change.
Are templates and reminders included in Free?+
Yes. Both plans include reusable templates, automatic reminders, expiry notifications, guided signing, and activity records. Pro removes the monthly sending limit.
What happens when I reach the free allowance?+
You can continue preparing drafts. To send beyond the monthly free allowance, choose Pro or wait for your allowance to renew.
