Choose a repeatable starting point
Use a document whose page layout is stable. Place the signing and information fields thoughtfully, then save it as a template from the agreement details.
Make the next copy specific
Start a new agreement from the template and assign the current recipients. Review the document content and each field; reusing a layout does not replace checking the new agreement.
Keep the layout useful
When the underlying document changes, review the field positions before sending. A template is most helpful when it remains aligned with the version your recipients actually see.
Repeat the setup that works, with room for what changes.
